    Being an increasingly important proportion of individual wellbeing has drawn job satisfaction out for a clearer analysis upon both full elaboration of working ability and further development of employees. Expectation toward it might unfortunately not reach a fully realistic level though that has been relatively realistic on behalf of all workers. This could be explained while coming back to the analysis.

    Dual factors contributing to job satisfaction exist with full elaboration of working ability once an employee enters his workplace. A workplace in eyes of modern professional needs to be somewhere he makes creation and finds his own social value from. Working is hence the process for a person to not just get completely socialized, but the most direct and achievable way for redirecting self recognition. None would wish to work under an environment which self value could hardly be observed. Further development as another factor of job satisfaction has been even harder to be assured under such working circumstance. An exact explanation upon future development involves more than upgrading of knowledge, skills and ability surrounding vocational operation. It shall be a form of help toward what both employees and employers want for learning as an enhancement to their individualized goals of lives. Highly qualified workers do always expect for further development while considering a job. Satisfaction along career path has thereby been facing this challenge surrounding how realistic it could ever be.

    The fact is that job satisfaction cannot possibly be fully realistic while it comes to that of all workers. Both opportunities and demand of work somehow participate in how and how well job satisfaction of workers will be achieved in a period of employed life. Those who have got either little opportunities or disabilities of holding opportunities would after all live in complaining for years; their opposite who fortunately holds plenty of opportunities with their full contribution will nevertheless achieve a much higher job satisfaction. Neither among them has been identical to another story which several other social groups do obtain a medium level of opportunities and job satisfaction. A severe problem here happens to be all populations mentioned above must face their demand of work from both organizations and markets. Some demands do lead their periodical job into a necessary yet unexpected direction which requires the revision of what their undertakers plan for their own career paths as a whole. This could have affected job satisfaction toward a potential aspect regardless of whether it is going to be positive or negative. Great difficulty of being fully realistic consequently falls on head of job expectation among all workers.

    Job satisfaction shall be individually and organizationally balanced with social reality though it considers both full elaboration of working ability and further development along individualized career plans. It can after all be relatively realistic with respective development and recombination on behalf of social and cultural upgrading as time passes by. A far more successful as well as sustainable fulfillment of job satisfaction will be contributing to global economy in this new era as long as its obtaining has always been kept in process.
