这是Lolita著名的开头，也是这段话使我迷恋上纳博科夫呢喃般的迷醉感，伴随着亨伯特阴郁的自语从而窥探他的内心。老纳的句子并不繁复生硬，而是晦涩中是灵性在跃动，诙谐的掉书袋【原著中充斥着法语和拉丁文还有自创的英文单词，引经据典更是从波提切利到梅尔维尔，从Hugh Broughton到Petrarch】
他兴笔所至地由着词语带动走向，进入编织的语言迷宫。神秘的非理性、非显性、非逻辑性的充满诗意的艺术世界造就了这部完美的后现代主义美学作品。

纳博科夫【年轻时就是辣么帅气】

再来谈纳博科夫的模仿， 首先是他对弗洛伊德的诙谐模仿与批判，他对精神分析学虽然是不屑一顾但实际上是熟悉的。
他经常把乔伊斯、普鲁斯特【下次有时间再把意识流的坑填上，以及乔伊斯要从都柏林人和一个青年艺术家的画像读起】、福楼拜、波德莱尔等作为他小说中的模仿对象。
《洛丽塔》中一个诙谐模仿的例子——“长沙发上的那场戏”，亨伯特所哼唱的那首歌词就是模仿梅里美的小说《卡尔曼》的：“哦，我的卡尔曼，我的小卡尔曼！真美好，真美好，那些美好的夜晚，有星星，有汽车，有酒吧，还有酒吧间的男招待……”
亨伯特年幼所爱过的——那个在海滨王国与他在水下相吻的女孩安娜贝尔，形象来自 Annabel Lee，Lolita中的第二个音节和这个人物都是对 Allan Poe这首诗的致意。

坡这首诗的原型是他早逝的爱人 Virginia Clemm。1836年，年仅13岁的她便嫁给了坡，这正是洛对于亨伯特，比阿特丽斯对于但丁般的情感。

讲到这里发现过于学术化了Orz，那么再来详细介绍Lolita这本书。
这本书是一段继父与女儿间的“一树梨花压海棠”之恋。
Lolita，这个sylphlike的少女——亨伯特的自白中写道：我唯一怨恨的就是我不能掏出我的洛丽塔的心，不能把贪婪的嘴唇伸向她稚嫩的子宫，她隐秘的心田，她绚丽的肝脏，她马尾藻式的肺，她相仿的两瓣可爱的臀。
她在大雨滂沱时吃巧克力樱桃冰淇淋，喜欢打网球、排演戏剧，她栗色的卷发和两颊上细密的绒毛，咬苹果时柔媚又心不在焉的神情……她是亨伯特的 “里维埃拉”之恋，是海妖Siren。他在她的母亲死后带着她驾车环游美国，满足她一切物质的欲望。
她有时言语粗鄙，对亨伯特发泄怒火，哭泣着叫喊要离开他……后来她被奎尔特带走了，他寻找她多年，最后收到她的来信。
书中最喜欢这几句话：
我耳边响起一片儿童的欢笑声，令我心灰意冷的不是身边没有洛丽塔，而是笑声里没有她。
他毁了我的心，而你毁了我的生活。

我在想野牛和天使，在想颜料持久的秘密，预言家的十四行诗，艺术的避难所。

不剧透其它情节但改编的电影也很棒，有97和62年两个版本。
