Miss little shy waited and waited until she couldn't hear a sound.

She waited even longer.


She hid under the table in the kitchen all day .

It was not until it was dark that Miss little shy crawled out from under the table.

The letter was just on the doormat ,which was the first letter she had ever received


She unfolded the letter with much care.


It was from Mr Funny.


"I'm Inviting you to attend a patry on Saturday at three o 'clock" Wrote in the letter.

Adding that ,the party was going to be a lot of fun.
